We can write with you, or for you. Let us teach you and your team how to prepare successful grant applications and to write winning business cases. You can even run your draft or completed funding application by us for constructive feedback.

We’ll also help you launch and grow your social enterprise. If you want to establish a social venture, take advantage of new opportunities or substantially improve what you are doing to make a profit and create meaningful social benefit, we can help.

Our team’s background in business, our interest in social and economic development and our skills in coaching, training and facilitation make us well-equipped to work with social enterprises and community organisations developing responses to community gaps and needs. Many of our clients are organisations and individuals looking for a way to sustainably solve a community challenge, or address a need for services. We also support existing social enterprises and businesses to grow and reach new markets.

We combine workshops, action learning, mentoring and growth of collaborative networks to assist founders and their teams in the development of realistic enterprise business plans, the launch and ongoing growth of social enterprises.

The 2017 Social Change 101 programs were funded by the Foundation for Rural and Regional Renewal from the Victorian Bushfire Appeal Fund. We delivered programs in the Mitchell and Murrindindi municipalities to support community strengthening and the creation of new opportunities for enterprise and economic and social renewal.

We also provide:

  • Workshops and short courses to assist founders and senior managers to better understand enterprise business models and good governance; explore social, community, economic and environmental impact potential; develop business acumen; and plan for and deliver business growth strategies.

  • One-to-one mentoring, professional coaching and advisory services.

  • A team experienced in working with business and community clients on a range of tailored solutions including Board development, grant writing, business case preparation and social media assistance.
