We are passionate about supporting people and communities to tackle the issues that matter to them. Whether it’s guidance to start a small business, launch a social enterprise or develop internal skills, everything we do is underpinned by client learning: we always aim to leave behind lasting value by sharing knowledge with clients that they can use in the future.
Our team is headed by Sue Gold and Tammy Atkins, both of who are familiar with the needs and challenges of regional and rural Australians and understand the barriers and opportunities a regional location can often present to businesses and community groups.
Sue brings a collaborative and practical approach to her work as a business consultant, mentor and educator. Sue’s specialties include grant application and business document support and writing, business and enterprise development and project management for clients across Australia. Her experience spans the business, education, health, community, not for profit and social enterprise sectors.
Tammy is experienced at working with all three tiers of government and with industry sectors including education, health and manufacturing. A strength is her ability to see the bigger picture and fit projects into a strategic or regional context, and she is often able to help clients align their work to local, state and federal policy ideals. Tammy brings extensive networks, economic and community development skills as well as experience mobilising community support.
